Quality Business Network is an organization of professional businessmen and businesswomen dedicated to the highest standards of service.
Quality Business Network was formed to provide a professional business referral network in the Simi Valley area.
Quality Business Network is an organization of businesspersons dedicated to the ideals of bettering their respective business enterprises through the interchange of business activities and professional contacts. Only one member or company may represent each membership category and conflicts of interest are not permitted.
The goal of Quality Business Network is to expand the business contacts and business skills of the members of this organization, including the passing of Quality Business Referrals between members.
All members are required to abide by the following commitments:

Have a fellow member satisfy business or personal needs whenever possible. |
| 2. |
Recruit one new member of this organization in the first year. |
| 3. |
Provide four (4) or more Qualified Business Referrals per month to any member. |
| 4. |
Attend the 1st or 2nd New Member Orientation Program offered after acceptance of membership. |
| 5. |
Take "ownership" of this organization by being active in all aspects of the organization and by serving as an officer, chairperson of a committee, or a committee member at all times during the term of membership. |
| 6. |
Display the Quality Business Network Membership jacket with roster at a place of business (if open to the public). |
| 7. |
Dress as a professional at all business meetings. |
| 8. |
Conform to attendance requirements; miss no more than two (2) consecutive business meetings without excuse, or six (6) business meetings in a calendar quarter, excused or not. |
| 9. |
Conform to the Quality Business Network Bylaws and subsequent changes. |
| 10. |
Report any breach of ethics to the Ethics Committee. |
| 11. |
Not belong to any other networking organization of similar type organized for the purpose of exchanging business referrals. |
