Recomendations:

Greeters: Should be ready to greet at 6:50am (our room should be set up prior to this time with the American flag, card caddy, referral slips, and breakfast sheet. Greeters need to put away the above after the meeting is over.

Visual Presenters (Showboaters): Should set up by 6:50am and should stand by their table greeting QBN members as they arrive, as the tables are located outside our room.

Speakers: Should be prepared to maximize your efforts, emphasizing how we could tip and refer you and who would be good gatekeepers and power partners for you.

**Mandatory** If you can not make your scheduled assignment, you must make arrangements for one of our members to take your place and notify the Program Chairperson of the change ahead of time.
